I'm working exclusively on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Automation Test Lead to join one of the most high-profile Identity & Access Management (IAM) Transformation Programmes in financial services. This is a highly visible role on a major strategic programme that will shape the future of enterprise IAM across a global organisation.
We're looking for expertise in:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Python & PyTest Automation
- API Testing
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Event-Driven Architectures (Kafka / Pub/Sub / Queues)
- REST APIs | SCIM | LDAP | OIDC
- Policy-as-Code
- RBAC / ABAC / ReBAC
- GitHub, JIRA & Zephyr
- Automation Framework Design & Test Strategy
- Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Management

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on technically while also driving automation strategy, governance and quality engineering across a large-scale cloud transformation. You'll be working alongside Cloud Security, DevOps and Engineering teams to build and test secure, scalable IAM solutions in a modern cloud environment.
