Production Support & Incident Management
- Support production releases and production readiness activities.
- Participate in production takeover and transition testing.
- Perform production verification and post-deployment validation testing.
- Support production incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with development and support teams on critical issue resolution.
- Participate in defect triage and prioritization meetings.
- Analyze recurring production issues and recommend quality improvements.

- Identify opportunities for automation within regression testing suites.
- Collaborate with Automation Engineers to improve automation coverage.
- Review automation execution results and defect trends.
- Promote shift-left testing and continuous quality improvement practices.
- Contribute to test process improvements and quality metrics reporting
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Operations teams.
- Provide regular status updates, testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.
- Challenge requirements and identify potential quality risks early in the lifecycle.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing best practices.
