Role: Automation Test Manager / Automation Architect – Playwright & AWS

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Manager / Automation Architect – Playwright & AWS to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale test automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Playwright and TypeScript, building robust automation frameworks for web, API, and end-to-end testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Define automation solutions, framework standards, reusable components, and best practices across projects.
  • Lead automation delivery for web, API, and end-to-end testing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business, development, DevOps, and client stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Leverage AWS services to support test environments, automation execution, and cloud-native testing solutions.
  • Drive CI/CD implementation and test automation integration using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
  • Perform code reviews and provide technical leadership to automation engineers.
  • Develop and execute SQL/PLSQL queries for test data setup, validation, and backend testing.
  • Mentor team members and support adoption of modern automation and quality engineering practices.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and accelerators to improve automation productivity and delivery efficiency.

  • Good experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript in enterprise-scale projects.
  • Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch and defining automation solutions.
  • Practical experience working with AWS cloud services.
  • Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps integration.
  • Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Insurance domain experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
