Role: Automation Test Manager / Automation Architect – Playwright & AWS
We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Manager / Automation Architect – Playwright & AWS to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale test automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Playwright and TypeScript, building robust automation frameworks for web, API, and end-to-end testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Define automation solutions, framework standards, reusable components, and best practices across projects.
- Lead automation delivery for web, API, and end-to-end testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, development, DevOps, and client stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
- Leverage AWS services to support test environments, automation execution, and cloud-native testing solutions.
- Drive CI/CD implementation and test automation integration using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical leadership to automation engineers.
- Develop and execute SQL/PLSQL queries for test data setup, validation, and backend testing.
- Mentor team members and support adoption of modern automation and quality engineering practices.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and accelerators to improve automation productivity and delivery efficiency.

- Good experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript in enterprise-scale projects.
- Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch and defining automation solutions.
- Practical experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps integration.
- Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Insurance domain experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
