Aftersales Manager Salary DOE + OTE £91,200

If you're an experienced Aftersales Manager who knows how to run a busy service, parts and workshop operation properly, this is a role where you can genuinely make an impact. You'll be joining a high-performing site that wants a confident, organised Aftersales Manager who can lift standards, drive performance and build a culture the team can be proud of.

This is a role for an Aftersales Manager who enjoys ownership, influence and the freedom to shape the department not someone who wants to sit back and coast.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the full aftersales operation across service, parts and workshop
  • Coaching, motivating and developing Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts teams
  • Driving performance against targets, budgets and manufacturer KPIs
  • Spotting weaknesses, fixing them and building long-term improvements
  • Ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional and consistent experience

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Aftersales Manager within a franchise dealership
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of manufacturer processes
  • Confident people manager with the ability to influence and motivate
  • Highly organised, methodical and able to prioritise workloads effectively
