AUTOMOTIVE Aftersales Performance Manager

Salary: £55,000 + 15% guaranteed bonus (£8250) + Car scheme and other excellent benefits (Cash annual salary amount of £63, 250)

Location: London

Work style: Office based

The role

In this role you are effectively the “eyes and ears” of the Aftersales Director from a performance perspective. You're looking at what's happening across the network, using the data to identify where things are going well or badly, and then helping make sure the business actually does something about it.

Duties

  • Pull together performance data from the regional and HQ aftersales teams across the brands.
  • Review the main KPIs — customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue and parts sales.
  • Analyse the story behind the numbers.
  • Spend time in Excel, dashboards and potentially Power BI, comparing regions and performance periods.
  • Highlight trends, risks and improvement opportunities for the Aftersales Director.
  • Help organise and participate in regular management reviews/workshops.
  • Discuss what's happening across aftersales.
  • Follow up with regional teams on outstanding actions or investigating an operational problem or performance plan.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
