CGI Automotive Artists for Racers - TV Show Teaser
Building a team of CGI automotive artists to join the team developing a teaser for RACERS, a fictional series about the impossible task of becoming a Formula 1 driver.
We've been developing RACERS for the past six months. In July, I self-financed the production of a teaser that will be used to take the project to the industry.
The teaser includes three major CGI sequences:
- Daytime street race (5-6 shots)
- Nighttime street race, including a crash (7 shots)
- Kart Championship sequence during sunset / blue hour (3-4 shots)
The work needs to feel cinematic and production-level rather than like conventional automotive advertising or product renders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The goal is to build a small core team that can continue developing the visual world of RACERS if the project moves into production.
This is for people who are genuinely passionate about cars, racing, and 3D automotive work. RACERS is a passion project at this stage, so this is not a conventional paid job or commercial commission. It is an opportunity to work on something ambitious, build something from the ground up, and be part of the project if it moves forward into production.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
IMPORTANT: This is currently an unpaid opportunity. RACERS has not been commissioned, and there is no production budget at this stage.
The teaser needs to be completed within the next four months so industry pitching can start from January 2027.
Please only apply if you are genuinely interested in the project and understand that the current work is unpaid.
