Overview
We are looking for an Automotive Cost Reduction Specialist to support our client with cost reduction. Are you an engineering project manager with a keen eye for detail after their next challenge? At Expleo, we’re looking for bold thinkers and reliable doers to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role where you'll leverage your expertise to reduce costs for our client across a number of planned events.

Responsibilities
- Arrange benchmarking events for 4x European Commercial Vehicle Competitors
- Arrange benchmarking events for 4x Non-European Commercial Vehicle Competitors
- Arrange benchmarking events for 4x Van Competitors
- Arrange events and promote within the organisation/supply base
- Create pro-forma to capture ideas
- Review ideas within PD
- Input ideas into Savings Database
- Reporting around ideas capture and saving

Qualifications
- Degree in relevant engineering subject
Essential skills
- Planning and time management
- Cost reduction
- Understanding of automotive
Experience
- Experience within an automotive field
- Experience of event planning
