We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced motor-trade professional to join our friendly Head Office team in Strood, Kent.

This is not a standard customer service or administrative role. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Branch Manager, Service Manager or similar with strong mechanical knowledge who is ready for a career change while remaining within the motor trade.

This could be the ideal opportunity if you want to step away from the day-to-day pressures and physical demands of running a busy workshop, while putting your technical, commercial and customer service experience to good use.

If you're an experienced motor-trade manager looking for a new direction without leaving the automotive industry, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

You will take ownership of customer complaints from across our network of autocentres, managing cases from first contact through to resolution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
