Dealer Network Manager

DRVN Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Dealer Network Manager to manage, support and develop a global network of independent dealer partners representing DRVN brands across international markets. The role is responsible for dealer performance, brand compliance, commercial growth, customer satisfaction and effective communication between DRVN and its appointed representatives.

Acting as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of dealer partners, the successful candidate will drive sales performance, strengthen dealer capability and support international network expansion while protecting the brand's reputation and ensuring a consistently premium customer experience.

  • Salary: £100,000.00

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for a portfolio of international dealer partners.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with dealer owners and senior management teams.
  • Lead regular business reviews to assess sales, pipeline, customer experience, brand compliance and agreed improvement actions.
  • Support dealers in achieving agreed sales, marketing and customer-journey objectives.
  • Manage dealer onboarding and appointment processes, ensuring new partners are operationally ready and aligned with DRVN standards.

Dealer Performance and Development

  • Monitor dealer sales performance against targets, forecasts and market potential.
  • Analyse market trends, dealer activity, pipeline health, conversion rates and forward order demand.
  • Develop and track targeted action plans for underperforming dealers and identified customer-experience gaps.
  • Provide clear performance reporting, risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Share best practice across the dealer network and promote continuous improvement.

Brand and Compliance Management

  • Ensure dealer adherence to brand standards, policies and operating requirements.
  • Conduct dealer audits and structured performance assessments, documenting findings and agreed corrective actions.
  • Support the implementation of new products, campaigns and strategic initiatives across the network.
  • Monitor compliance with appointed representative agreements and commercial obligations, escalating material concerns where required.
  • Protect brand integrity across all physical, digital and customer-facing touchpoints.

Sales and Commercial Support

  • Support dealers with vehicle allocation, ordering, client specifications and delivery coordination.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Concierge, Operations, Finance and other internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate visibility of dealer forecasts, sales pipelines, risks and commercial opportunities.
  • Provide commercial insight and evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership.

Training and Capability Development

  • Coordinate dealer training programmes covering products, systems, sales processes, customer experience and brand standards.
  • Support dealer staff development and knowledge enhancement, addressing capability gaps identified through reviews and audits.
  • Deliver presentations and workshops remotely and in person.
  • Ensure dealer teams are equipped to represent DRVN confidently and provide a premium customer experience.

Customer Experience

  • Promote consistent customer-service standards throughout the dealer network.
  • Review customer feedback, dealer satisfaction metrics and Net Promoter Score performance to identify trends and priorities.
  • Support the timely resolution of escalated customer issues involving dealer partners.
  • Develop and drive initiatives that improve customer retention, satisfaction and advocacy.

Network Expansion

  • Identify opportunities for new dealer appointments in priority markets and territories.
  • Participate in dealer selection, due diligence and appointment processes.
  • Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to market-entry strategies and international growth plans.
  • Track new-dealer launch readiness and early performance to support successful onboarding.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Dealer sales performance against targets and agreed forecasts.
  • Pipeline quality, conversion performance and forecast accuracy.
  • Dealer satisfaction, engagement and completion of agreed business-review actions.
  • Compliance with brand standards, policies and commercial obligations.
  • Customer satisfaction, retention and Net Promoter Score performance.
  • New dealer appointments, launch readiness and successful onboarding.
  • Market penetration and network growth within assigned territories.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience within an automotive OEM, distributor, importer or dealer-network management environment.
  • Proven experience managing and developing independent dealer or franchise networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-management skills, with the ability to balance partner needs and brand requirements.
  • Ability to analyse sales performance, pipelines, forecasts and market trends and convert insight into practical action plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • International business experience and confidence working across different markets and cultures.
  • Strong organisation, judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within a premium, luxury, performance or niche automotive brand.
  • Knowledge of dealer agreements, appointed representative arrangements and franchise operations.
  • Experience launching new products, appointing dealers or developing new international markets.
  • Additional language skills.
