Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Diagnostics & Feature Configuration Software Engineer to develop, integrate, validate, and troubleshoot diagnostic and feature configuration software for automotive platforms. The role requires strong embedded software expertise, diagnostics knowledge, and experience working in Agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, integrate, and validate automotive diagnostics and feature configuration software.
- Perform issue triage, debugging, vehicle testing, and software integration.
- Support diagnostic configuration, functionality, and SIMS triage.
- Investigate software defects, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
- Author and review software requirements using structured methods such as EARS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies.
- Maintain software configuration and change management processes.
- Support verification, validation, and release activities.

Required Skills
- Experience 5-10 yrs in automotive diagnostics, feature configuration, and ISO 14229 (UDS).
- Proficiency in Embedded C/C++, QNX, MATLAB/Simulink.
- Hands-on experience with Trace32, CANape, Vector tools, JIRA, and Git.
- Strong debugging and code-level root cause analysis (Fishbone, 8D).
- Knowledge of configuration management and software lifecycle.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
