Salary: Up to £80,000
The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of an ambitious automotive brand looking for a hands-on Retail Marketing Manager to support its growing UK dealer network.
This role will focus on dealer marketing, local campaigns, vehicle launches, events and retail activations, working closely with dealers, sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver retail and fleet marketing campaigns, including new model launches and tactical campaigns.
- Support dealer partners with local marketing strategies, media planning and campaign execution.
- Localise national campaigns for regional markets while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Manage dealer events, test drive campaigns, showroom activations and POS materials.
- Act as the key link between marketing, sales and dealer partners.
- Manage external agencies and suppliers for local marketing activity.
- Track campaign performance, leads, conversion and ROI.
- Manage the retail marketing budget and ensure effective use of spend.
- Provide marketing guidance and support to dealer partners.
- Monitor automotive retail trends and competitor activity.
- Travel across the UK to support dealer events and initiatives.

About You
- 5+ years' experience in retail, trade, field or dealer marketing with a strong automotive background
- Experience working with dealer networks, retailers or franchise partners.
- Strong understanding of local marketing, events and retail activations.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of KPIs, leads, conversion and ROI.
- Comfortable managing agencies, suppliers and multiple projects.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing platforms and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel across the UK.
