Location: White Dove Garages Ltd
At White Dove Garages Ltd, we're looking for a driven and passionate Sales Manager to join our team and accelerate their automotive career with a main dealer franchise. We represent SKODA, SEAT, CUPRA, SUZUKI & GEELY within the heart of a capital city. If you have a talent for inspiring and motivating teams, a passion for automotive innovation, and want to be part of a well-established dealer with over 65 years of history, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
This position would be perfect for an existing Business or Transaction Manager as knowledge of how to stack a deal professionally will be vital.

- Lead and Manage Sales Staff: Use your automotive retail experience to guide, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve success.
- Customer Care Excellence: Uphold the highest customer care standards in line with manufacturer and company expectations.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute plans that drive sales, meet financial targets, and enhance brand presence.
- Team Direction & Performance: Lead team activities, ensuring they adhere to sales strategies, budgets, and overall targets.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to FCA regulations and company guidelines.
- Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing training to your team to improve key areas such as customer satisfaction, prospecting, sales processes, time management, and product knowledge.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Sunday: 11:00am - 4:30pm
- Fix day off during the week and every other weekend off.
