Responsibilities

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all Splend’s vehicle subscription packages and related products.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable subscription solution.
  • Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to final sign-up.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs, including conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and retention goals.
  • Ensure vehicle displays, marketing collateral, and digital tools are up to date and engaging.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Team Leader to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Actively contribute to a positive team culture focused on growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a target-driven sales role, ideally within a subscription-based, finance or high growth sales environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs in sales performance, customer conversion, or account growth.
  • Strong understanding of consultative/ solution selling, customer service excellence, and the importance of relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management, with the ability to handle multiple customers and priorities.
  • Experience or passion for the automotive or mobility industry (desirable).
  • A full, unrestricted UK Driver’s Licence (must have).
  • Comfortable commuting to our Cricklewood, North London Hub daily.
  • Ability to work weekends as required.
