ASD Automotive is a fast-growing independent prestige and performance car dealership based in Derby. We specialise in supplying high-quality, carefully selected vehicles and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service with a personal approach.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about cars, takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, ambitious team where no two days are the same.

About the Role

As an Automotive Sales & Operations Assistant, you’ll be involved in every aspect of the business, including:

  • Greeting customers and providing a first-class experience.
  • Responding to phone, email and online enquiries.
  • Assisting with vehicle sales and finance applications.
  • Creating vehicle adverts for Auto Trader and social media.
  • Photographing and filming stock vehicles.
  • Preparing vehicles for sale and ensuring showroom presentation is exceptional.
  • Organising MOTs, servicing, warranty work and vehicle preparation.
  • Collecting and delivering vehicles when required.
  • Managing paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the dealership.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for cars.
  • Is friendly, professional and confident speaking with customers.
  • Has excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Is motivated, reliable and willing to learn.
  • Is confident using computers and smartphones.
  • Has a full UK driving licence.
  • Wants to build a long-term career within the motor trade.

Previous motor trade experience is welcomed but not essential. The right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are far more important.

What We Offer

  • £28,000–£32,000 basic salary.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm (rota)
  • Sunday: Closed
