Service Advisor Ipswich
Salary: DOE + uncapped bonus (realistic £40,000+ OTE)
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-17:30 + 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
A well-established main dealer in Ipswich is looking for a Service Advisor to join their busy service department. You'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full customer journey from booking to handover
- Communicate clearly with technicians and monitor job progress
- Keep workshop loading and workflow running efficiently
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Identify upsell opportunities to support department performance
- Maintain accurate records, warranty processes, and compliance
