Service Advisor

Competitive Salary £30,000 - £32,000 + Bonus

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?

Our client, a successful and growing dealership, is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor, although candidates with strong retail, hospitality or customer service experience who are looking to develop a career within the automotive industry will also be considered.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and managing front desk enquiries
  • Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and maintenance work
  • Liaising with workshop technicians regarding vehicle progress
  • Providing regular updates to customers throughout the repair process
  • Answering incoming calls and handling service enquiries
  • Organising vehicle collection and return appointments
  • Processing service documentation and invoices
  • Promoting service plans and additional aftersales products where appropriate
  • Moving customer and dealership vehicles when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
