Salary
- PDI Technician - £35,830
- Service Technician - £38,998
- Diagnostic Technician - £44,958
- Master Technician - £50,284
Bonus
Realistic Bonus Earnings: Average £18,000 per annum OTE, with all bonus earnings fully uncapped.

Following a multi-million-pound workshop upgrade in 2024, Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Cheltenham is recruiting for skilled Technicians to join a supportive, highly trained team. You’ll work in a modern, technician-focused environment and benefit from manufacturer-led development designed to help you progress confidently in your career.

You’ll follow a clear development route through the JLR training pathway: Level 2 Technician → Diagnostic Technician → Master Technician → Workshop Controller
