Job title: Vehicle Technician – Up to £39,800 OTE + £1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Salary: Up to £39,800 OTE + uncapped bonus
Job type: Permanent, full-time (part-time and job share considered)
Driving licence: Required
Are you a qualified Vehicle Technician who loves a diagnostic challenge? A well-established manufacturer franchised dealership in Salisbury is looking for an experienced Technician to join its busy workshop team. They offer a £1,500 sign-on bonus, uncapped earnings and genuine career progression.
You'll join a supportive team of experienced, passionate technicians, with manufacturer training to keep your skills current.
The role
- Diagnose and fault-find on a range of modern vehicles, identifying faults and the work needed
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Work closely with service advisors and other departments so jobs are completed efficiently
- Make sure all work is completed safely and meets dealership, manufacturer and industry standards
- Deliver work to a high standard that keeps customers satisfied and the workshop running efficiently

About you
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent), or proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Able to work on your own initiative and manage your time effectively
- Main dealer, franchised or premium-environment experience is a strong advantage
- Full UK driving licence
