Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role located in Borough Green. The Automotive Technician will perform routine vehicle inspections, diagnose mechanical issues, and complete scheduled services such as oil changes, brake checks, and fluid top-ups. Daily tasks include carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs, maintaining and repairing suspension components, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The role involves documenting work performed, communicating clearly with the service team, and keeping the workshop area organized and compliant with company procedures. The technician will also support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive, safety-focused working environment.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in vehicle maintenance and routine servicing.
- Candidates should possess skills in performing oil changes and related fluid checks.
- Candidates should possess skills in automotive repair and general maintenance & repair tasks.
- Candidates should possess skills in diagnosing and repairing suspension systems.
- Relevant automotive qualifications or certifications (e.g., NVQ, IMI, or equivalent) are beneficial.
- Experience working in a professional workshop or dealership environment is preferred.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools, follow technical manuals, and adhere to safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and reliable time management.
