This role focuses on technical diagnostics, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, while delivering unparalleled customer service.

What We Are Looking For

We are in search of a technically adept and customer-focused candidate with a passion for luxury cars:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Technician within the automotive industry, preferably Mercedes-Benz
  • Advanced knowledge in automotive systems, diagnostics, and first-time repair
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Relevant automotive technician qualifications
  • A full, clean UK Driving Licence

  • Conducting thorough diagnostics to identify vehicle issues
  • Performing maintenance and repair work according to Mercedes-Benz standards
  • Providing detailed reports and recommendations post-assessment

  • Stays updated with the latest automotive technology and systems

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Level 3 NVQ or equivalent formal qualifications in automotive engineering
  • Certificated for 3 years at a diagnostic/systems technician role
  • Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently

This is a permanent, full-time position - 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, with occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.
