Automotive Trim Technician | Luxury & Bespoke Vehicles
Location: Near Daventry
Salary: £44,000 per annum
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Shift: Monday–Friday Days
Are you an experienced Automotive Trim Technician / Automotive Trimmer / Vehicle Trimmer / Trim Technician looking for your next opportunity?
We’re recruiting for a skilled Automotive Trim Technician to join a specialist team near Daventry, working on luxury, performance and bespoke vehicles in a modern, state-of-the-art facility.

The Role
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Trimming and fitting vehicle interiors to high-quality standards
- Working with leather, Alcantara, fabrics and composite materials
- Installing, modifying and refitting interior trim
- Carrying out repairs, rework, sewing and hand-stitching
- Stripping, rebuilding and aligning trim components
- Working alongside skilled technicians and engineers

About You
We’re looking for an experienced Trimmer with:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Trimmer, Automotive Trim Technician or Trim Technician
- Experience within luxury automotive, restoration, classic cars, coachbuilding or motorsport
- Experience working with leather and Alcantara
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- A reliable and professional approach
- Carbon fibre/composite experience is advantageous

Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 07:00–16:30
- Friday: 07:00–12:45
