This is what you’ll actually do!

As an ATM, you’ll be responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimising designated manufacturing assets to achieve performance, quality, and waste targets while maintaining exceptional standards of safety, compliance, and operational discipline.

  • You’ll take ownership of machine condition through autonomous maintenance activities including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, machine set-up, and first-line fault finding, ensuring equipment is consistently operating to required standards.
  • Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Reliability teams, you’ll support effective issue resolution, asset improvement, and performance optimisation across production.
  • You’ll play a key role in reducing downtime, improving OEE, and driving continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving, root cause analysis, and the effective use of systems such as CMMS to record defects, breakdown trends, and machine condition.
  • You’ll also support changeovers, operational priorities, and wider site performance objectives through disciplined execution and ownership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
