Hawksworth are helping a global consultancy recruit now for an AutoRek / SQL Software Engineer for a 1-year inside IR35 Contract. Bristol based with x2 days on site per week Hybrid working.
Rate: To be discussed.
The Job
- Involved in the full end-to-end project lifecycle, the software engineer is responsible for the design/development/configuration of the reconciliation solution and will also provide technical support and guidance during the design/analysis and testing phases, as well as delivering training and post implementation support to the end users.
- Third party application development & support
- Good communication skills at all levels, participating in meetings and workshops
- Software processes, including governance, confirmation control and release management.
- MS SQL Server - Experience of MS Development tools: SSMS, Visual Studio, Report Builder
- Complex SQL scripting on tables/views/stored procedures/functions.
- Strong SQL analysis and issue resolution skills.
- Experience using large/complex databases.
- SSRS report development.
- Ability to build scalable and performant SQL procedures
