Job Title: AV Account Executive

Department: AdOperations (AdOps)

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £29,000–£32,000

Hours: Full-time (Hybrid working available)

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in advertising where you can really make a difference by working on developing AV solutions for a portfolio of exciting brands?

We’re now looking for an AV Account Executive to join our AV team and play a key role in delivering best-in-class TV, Video, YouTube and AV campaigns.

AV Account Executive Key Duties

With an eye for detail, an exceptional passion for delivering best-in-class media solutions, and knowledge of AV media, the AV Account Executive is responsible for:

  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and acting as a key day-to-day contact
  • Leading the delivery of AV campaigns across TV, Video and Cinema with a focus on quality and outcomes
  • Managing and developing junior team members, supporting their growth and performance
  • Working closely with Planning, Investment and Performance teams to deliver integrated responses
  • Negotiating with media owners to unlock value and deliver strong campaign performance
  • Ensuring financial accuracy, operational excellence, and adherence to KPIs across campaigns
  • Sharing insights, market trends and category knowledge to elevate client strategy and thinking

What are we looking for?

  • Experience across AV planning and buying, including TV, Video or Cinema. The ideal candidate will have between 1-3 years’ worth of solid media experience, working within an AV Planning/Buying team. Regional and DRTV work experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of media markets and campaign delivery processes
  • Confident communication and relationship-building skills with clients and partners
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
  • Experience leading or mentoring others, with a collaborative leadership style
  • Analytical mindset with good attention to detail across campaigns and reporting
  • A proactive, curious approach with an interest in innovation and continuous learning
  • Ideally hold a Bachelors Degree or hold an English A-Level (or Scottish equivalent) with a high pass; B, A or A+
