YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
We are seeking an experienced AV / TV Buying Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality AV campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a hands-on role with clear ownership, taking responsibility from client brief through to planning, buying, booking and optimisation.
You will play a key role in managing day-to-day client relationships, acting as a trusted AV lead and ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard across Linear TV and Connected TV (CTV). Alongside this, you will support the development of junior team members and work closely with media owners to drive value and performance.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys accountability, client exposure and owning their work end to end.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Own AV planning from brief to delivery, translating client objectives into clear and effective Linear and CTV strategies, plans and buys.
- Lead the planning, buying, booking and optimisation of AV campaigns, confidently justifying recommendations and performance to clients.
- Act as a day-to-day AV contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing clear, confident communication throughout campaign delivery.
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, ensuring accuracy, quality and timelines are consistently met.
- Lead relationships for key clients across a variety of sectors, proactively identifying opportunities to add value.
- Build strong working relationships with media owners and sales houses to drive value and negotiate effectively.
- Provide training, feedback and support to junior team members, helping to raise the standard of AV delivery across the team.
- Confidently use core systems including MediaOcean, VOD and Linear booking systems, and ideally K2 (TechEdge).

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- In-depth understanding of the AV market, with strong expertise across Linear TV and CTV.
- Understanding of industry-wide systems including DS Media, CARIA and TechEdge.
- Proven experience leading and managing large-scale AV and TV campaigns.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-starter mentality, comfortable taking ownership and making decisions with confidence.
- High motivation and reliability, with a consistent focus on quality delivery.
- Ability to hit the ground running and quickly adapt to new processes and responsibilities.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
- Experience across both planning and buying roles.
- Strong negotiation skills across pricing, value and quality metrics.
- People development experience, with the ability to mentor and upskill junior team members.
