Job Description

AV Events Engineer
London | Hybrid/On-site | £45-50k + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced AV Events Engineer to support a prestigious financial services client in London, delivering high-quality audio-visual solutions across meetings, conferences, and corporate events. This is an excellent opportunity for an AV professional with strong technical knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional user experiences within a professional enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide AV support for meetings, conferences, town halls, and live events.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment including displays, projectors, microphones, VC systems, and presentation technologies.
  • Support executive-level meetings and high-profile events.
  • Carry out routine maintenance, equipment checks, and meeting room readiness.
  • Resolve technical issues quickly while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Work with internal teams and third-party suppliers when required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and incident records.

About You:

  • Previous experience as an AV Engineer, AV Technician, Events Engineer, or AV Support Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of meeting room technologies and video conferencing platforms.
  • Experience supporting corporate events and executive users.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
