Overview

We’re hiring an AV Executive to join our collaborative team, specialising in cross-media impact: TV, Video, Streaming, and Cinema. This is a gateway role—one that lets you place campaigns from start to finish while learning from experts, delivering measurable results, and shaping your own media career.

Responsibilities

Your role will centre on strategic campaign execution:

  • Plan & Execute: Drive AV campaigns across TV, BVOD, Cinema & streaming platforms from brief to reconciliation.
  • Buy & Secure: Collaborate on ad buys to secure premium placements and optimal value for clients.
  • Administer: Oversee campaigns through approval, delivery & reconciliations—ensuring zero margins for error.
  • Analyse: Generate clear, insightful post-campaign reports to gauge performance and identify learnings.
  • Katey your Teams: Work across departments (data, creatives, clients) to meet KPIs and tightening deadlines effectively.
  • Stay ahead: Track AV industry trends and share actionable insights with the wider team.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Media planning fundamentals.
  • Audience behaviour & ad analytics.
