Are you passionate about delivering high-quality AV solutions and looking to take the next step in your engineering career? Converge Technology Solutions is expanding its in-house AV capability, and we’re looking for an AV Installations Engineer to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
As an AV Installations Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering professional AV and structured cabling installations across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing a range of audio-visual systems, structured cabling, and data/fibre solutions
- Ensuring all work meets Converge’s internal management systems and safety procedures
- Supporting our sustainability strategy through responsible working practices
- Completing installations within project time and budget allowances
- Working closely with clients, partners, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Regular UK travel, including overnight stays when required
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in:
- AV installations
- Data and fibre cabling
- Cabinet patching and clean installations
- Access point installations
Desired (Not Essential):
- Certification experience with major AV brands (e.g., Promethean)
- Fibre installation/certification
- Wireless site surveys
- Data surveys
