Job Description
AV Manager
The AV Manager will play a key role within the Mediahub AV team. You will work closely with the AV Director to deliver critical business results whilst having autonomy to manage your accounts within the team. You will play a core role in ensuring outstanding day to day delivery across the new Polestar account as well as other accounts within the team. You will have excellent people skills, be confident in managing a piece of business and will look to nurture and develop talent within your remit.
You will need to build excellent relationships with clients, wider stakeholders, internal data specialists, account planning teams and those working within your own team. You will have an ambition to get involved in the broader agency culture as well as building Mediahub’s reputation in the wider industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver the AV planning and buying process across allocated accounts across TV, VOD, Audio & Cinema
- Build strong relationships with clients, agency teams and media owners.
- Lead on the development of AV strategy and negotiation to secure the best possible outcomes for clients
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaigns, including booking, trafficking and reconciliation
- Mentor and develop junior members of the team
- Keep up to date with market trends, new technologies and industry developments
- Work closely with the Investment Director on business critical deliverables
- Alongside the planning team 'Sell in' annual plans / large briefs across all video and visual channels to senior clients
- Develop innovative solutions with media owners and sell-in clients
- Challenge strategy and ideas to ensure they are remarkable and inspirational for our clients
- Share knowledge and understanding across the team and wider agency
- Ensures that AV Executives continue to deliver to the highest standards and are learning from your example
- Understand share deal pressures and help to shape plans that deliver on both client and business needs.
- Understand the billing and revenue on your clients.
- Ensuring financial diligence across your accounts.

What We're Looking For
- Positive and pro-active with a curious and creative mindset
- Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment.
- A self-motivated and driven person who has an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to succeed and achieve
- Strong admin skills and great attention to detail
- Experience working on a range of brands, and across a wide range of AV channels.
About You
- Excellent in front of clients and in leading meetings and presenting to stakeholders
- Experience in coaching junior team members and enabling the development of those around you
- Is experienced and well versed in all video and audio media and able to clearly articulate how communications are able to deliver a positive impact on our client's business.
- Experience in both planning and buying across AV mediums.
- A dedicated and motivated individual, who helps create and maintain a powerful team dynamic
- Highly personable with a collaborative spirit, who develops good working relationships internally and externally with ease
- Good communication skills.
