Audio Visual Project Manager
Location: preferred location - London, Midlands or Scotland
Contract: Permanent / Full-time
Department: Projects
Reports to: AV Projects Team Lead
Hutchi is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced Audio-Visual Project Managers who know how to take projects from customer order through to final sign-off — without losing control of programme, quality, or detail.
If you thrive in a fast-moving, technically complex environment and enjoy turning well-considered designs into flawless installations, you’ll feel right at home here.
About Hutchi
We’re a Scottish technology company with over 30 years’ experience delivering high-quality audio, visual, lighting, access control, and network-integrated solutions for leading brands across the fitness, leisure, and retail sectors.
Innovation, creativity, and technical excellence sit at the heart of everything we do — and as we continue to grow, we’re investing in the people who will help shape our next phase.
The Role
As an AV Project Manager at Hutchi, you’ll play a central role in delivering technically complex projects across the UK. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and confidence to every stage of delivery — from pre-start through installation and commissioning to final handover.
This is a hands-on role, working closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to specification, and are commercially sound.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
