We are recruiting an AV Support Technician to be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive, efficient and client-focused AV service across our meeting rooms, collaboration spaces and event environments.  

The role sits within our Technology Services team in London and offers the opportunity to support a broad range of technologies, high-profile meetings, conferences, client events and collaboration services across the firm. The successful candidate will become a trusted technical expert and go-to contact for AV support, helping to drive exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement.

This role is 5 days a week on site and our standard working pattern for this role is a shift rota between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week). Flexibility for occasional out of hours and weekend support is required.

Candidate Overview

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:

  • Experience supporting AV technologies within corporate, professional services or enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing technologies.  
  • Knowledge of AV systems including displays, microphones, cameras, control systems and wireless presentation technologies.  
  • Experience troubleshooting audio, video, presentation and connectivity issues.
  • Experience supporting live meetings, presentations, conferences, webinars or client events.  
  • Experience carrying out preventative maintenance, firmware updates and AV system upgrades.
