We are looking for an experienced AV professional to join a well-established audio visual integrator in a Technical Manager position.

This is a varied role sitting between technical design, pre-sales, and project delivery. You will take ownership of the technical requirements of AV projects, supporting them from the initial tender and design stages through to build, commissioning, and final handover.

The position would suit an experienced Technical Manager or a strong Senior AV, Commissioning, Pre-Sales, or Technical Engineer looking to take the next step in their career.

Salary: Competitive + company benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project specifications, tender information, and technical requirements.
  • Support the development of AV solutions and technical proposals.
  • Attend client, consultant, and internal project meetings where required.
  • Coordinate technical requirements between design, projects, engineering, programming, and procurement teams.
  • Review AV drawings and technical documentation before issue.
  • Manage technical queries, RFIs, and design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure approved changes are communicated and incorporated into project documentation.
  • Oversee rack build, system testing, and pre-staging activities.
  • Work closely with programming and engineering teams to ensure systems meet the agreed design.
  • Support IT, networking, and unified communications requirements.
  • Attend site during key testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
  • Review final technical and O&M documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
