We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented AV Technician to join the team at our stunning private members’ club, Annabel’s.

Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

As AV Technician you will be working on a range of events of varying scale. You will be based on site and will assist with the day-to-day technical delivery and operation of different events such as talks, DJ set ups, product launches, charity events, gala dinners and small intimate live performances.

We Are Ideally Looking For Candidates Who

  • Have previous experience in a similar AV Technician role, ideally within a corporate, hospitality or live events environment
  • Have strong experience in the set-up, operation and troubleshooting of audio and AV equipment
  • Have a good understanding of live event production and the technical requirements of different event formats
  • Are confident working with microphones, speakers, mixing desks, playback systems, screens and other AV equipment
  • Have knowledge of DiGiCo digital mixers, Pioneer DJ equipment, Q-SYS systems and Avolites lighting consoles; experience with these would be desirable
  • Are professional, calm under pressure and able to provide a high level of service in a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in the technical delivery of every event
  • Are highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple requirements during busy events
  • Are passionate about events and technology and keen to develop their technical and event production skills
  • Are excellent team players with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Events, Operations and external suppliers
