AV Technician
We're looking for an AV Technician to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per annum with a hybrid working pattern.
The AV Technician supports the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio-visual systems for meetings, events, and day-to-day collaboration, providing dedicated support for our Great Hall & Auditorium spaces. This role ensures that AV services run smoothly and meet user needs.

What you will be doing:
- Prepare and operate AV equipment for meetings and events.
- Provide high-quality dedicated support for our Great Hall and Auditorium spaces.
- Assist users with conferencing and presentation systems.
- Perform regular checks and maintenance on AV systems.
- Report and escalate equipment faults.
- Provide guidance to users on effective use of AV tools.
What you will need:
- Experience supporting AV systems in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of common conferencing and presentation technologies.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
