AV Technician

Location - Bracknell

Salary - £35,000 per annum

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm

Job Type - Permanent

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced AV Technician to join a growing and well-established organisation within the live events and technical production sector. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys working with professional AV equipment, maintaining high standards, solving technical issues, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out technical testing, inspection, and quality checks on specialist AV equipment.
  • Diagnose and investigate faults, ensuring issues are accurately recorded and resolved where appropriate.
  • Support the development and improvement of technical processes and operating procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues within the wider team.
  • Assist with equipment configuration, software updates, and system checks.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an AV, technical, broadcast, live events, engineering, or equipment-based environment.
  • Experience testing, maintaining, inspecting, or troubleshooting technical equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
