Salary: £39,419 to £45,969 per annum Hours: 36 hours per week Location: Morden, Apollo House - hybrid working arrangement Contract Type: secondment/fixed term contact - 6 months
About the Role
We’re seeking an Available Homes Officer to join our team and play a key role in helping customers move into their new homes.
The key objective is to minimise the time a property remains empty by ensuring it is let as quickly as possible while providing a good quality service to our customers.

Location
This is a hybrid role based at our Morden office in London. You'll split your time between working from home, visiting properties and the office, specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
