Senior Salon Manager
Role Summary
The Salon Manager leads and inspires the team of service providers to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving commercial targets. As the key floor-based leader, this role balances hands-on coaching with operational oversight, driving:

- Lead, coach, and develop service providers to meet individual and team goals.

- Conduct structured performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and coordinate ongoing training initiatives.
- Actively mentor team members in:
- Technique
- Client interaction
- Service excellence

Guest Experience Management
- Ensure a consistent and premium guest journey across all services.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and proactively address feedback and concerns.
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager to integrate front-of-house and service touchpoints.
- Drive initiatives to:
- Increase rebooking
- Boost loyalty program participation
- Promote repeat business
Commercial & Financial Performance
- Deliver service and retail revenue targets through:
- Monitoring team performance
- Tracking client conversion metrics
- Analyse business and market trends to identify growth and operational improvement opportunities.
