Your Role at a Glance
As a Creative Producer & Traffic Manager in our team, you will play a crucial role in keeping our creative production organised, efficient and moving at pace across our growing portfolio of brands. Your main focus will be managing briefs, workflows, capacity and delivery, while also supporting copywriting across our key channels, ensuring work is delivered on time, to brief and to a high standard, by working closely with the Head of Creative, designers and wider brand teams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a confident, hands-on approach, who enjoys bringing structure to creative teams and getting things over the line. Your work will directly support creative across our e-commerce, social, retail, CRM and trade channels and help us scale our creative output as we grow.
Location & Flexibility
- Full-time, permanent role based at our modern office in Holborn, London
- 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch
- This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the office 2 days per week

Briefs & Planning
- Review and challenge incoming briefs to ensure they are clear, complete and ready for production
- Prioritise and allocate work with the Head of Creative based on skills, capacity and deadlines
- Maintain the production calendar and capacity view in Monday.com, flagging resourcing gaps and upcoming workload early

Workflow & Delivery
- Track projects from brief to delivery, keeping timelines and stakeholders on track
- Manage approvals, proofing and sign-off, ensuring assets meet briefs, brand guidelines, platform specifications and relevant regulatory requirements
- Run status meetings and keep brand, creative, e-commerce and product teams aligned
- Manage freelance and supplier support when additional production capacity is needed
Copywriting
- Write and adapt on-brand copy across e-commerce, CRM, social, paid, packaging, retail and trade
- Review and refine copy against brand voice, campaign objectives and channel requirements
- Proofread outgoing copy for clarity, accuracy and relevant health & beauty claims
- Use Claude and ChatGPT to support research, drafting, adaptation and localisation
Production & Operations
- Coordinate product and lifestyle shoots, including samples, props, schedules, talent, crew and locations
- Manage relationships with external suppliers including artworkers, retouchers and print vendors
- Coordinate omnichannel asset delivery, ensuring the right files reach the right channels in the correct format
- Support onboarding and improve briefing and workflow processes across the team
About The Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years’ experience in creative production, traffic or project management, ideally with hands-on copywriting experience across digital and social
- Confident using Monday.com or a similar project management tool, including boards, automations and reporting
- Strong copywriting skills and excellent written English, with experience adapting copy across e-commerce, CRM, social, packaging and trade
- Good understanding of creative production workflows across digital, social and print
- Understanding of how beauty and personal care brands operate across omnichannel channels, including e-commerce, retail, wholesale, CRM and social
- Clear, confident communicator who can manage stakeholders and challenge when needed
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise across multiple projects and brands
- Comfortable working under pressure while keeping projects and relationships moving
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to support research, copywriting and workflows

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per year
- 30 days holiday + 8 UK bank holidays
- Pension contribution Scheme – 5% from you, 3% from us.
