We’re looking for a Aviation and Space Claims Handler to join our dynamic Aviation Claims Team within Claims Administration at WTW. This hybrid role is based in our Ipswich office and offers the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across our global network including London, Mumbai, and other WTW offices as well as with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders involved in the claims process.

As a Aviation Claims Handler, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality claims service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing aviation claims from first notification of loss through to settlement.
- Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the claims journey.
- Ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds agreed standards and client expectations.
- Collaborating with WTW’s global claims community to share knowledge and best practices.
- Building strong relationships with clients, carriers, and external partners.
