AVP – Rates Product Control

Aion Search is seeking an AVP Rates Product Controller to join a leading financial institution.

  • Responsibilities include daily P&L review, P&L attribution, valuation control, month-end reporting and partnering with Front Office, Risk and Finance.
  • Candidates should have strong Product Control experience within Rates, with knowledge of interest rate derivatives, swaps, bonds and related products.

  • The role will cover P&L analysis, valuation adjustments, financial control and senior stakeholder engagement across Front Office, Risk and Finance.
  • Candidates should have strong Product Control or Valuation Control experience with good knowledge of XVA, CVA, FVA and derivatives.
