Service Reporting & Governance SME (AVP)

We are looking for an experienced Service Reporting & Governance SME (AVP) to help define and strengthen the organisation's Production Management and Service Delivery governance framework within a complex financial services environment. You will have the opportunity to shape and define how Production Management and IT Service Delivery governance should operate, including executive-level MI, metrics, controls and reporting standards.

What you'll do:

  • Define and design the Production Management and Service Delivery governance structure, drawing on established industry best practice.
  • Develop and produce executive-level service reporting, management information, metrics, KPIs and governance packs.
  • Define the appropriate metrics, reporting standards and governance controls, rather than simply producing existing reports.
  • Provide oversight of service performance, operational risks, issues and control effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Technology, Service Management and senior stakeholders to improve governance and reporting maturity.
  • Support areas overlapping with Operational Resilience and DORA, ensuring relevant governance and regulatory requirements are incorporated.
  • Drive continual improvement across reporting, governance processes and service management controls.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
