Job Opportunity at a Respected International Bank

A well-respected international bank is expanding its Operational Resilience function and is looking to hire several experienced consultants to support its Annual Resilience Uplift Cycle.

The successful consultants will play a key role in delivering enhancements across governance, IBS mapping, impact tolerances, dependency mapping, and scenario testing, to strengthen the bank's overall resilience framework and regulatory readiness.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver annual Operational Resilience governance, policy, metrics, and methodology enhancements.
  • Facilitate Important Business Services (IBS) mapping, Impact Tolerance (ITOL) assessments, and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).
  • Review and document critical dependencies across people, process, technology, facilities, and third parties.
  • Design and support severe but plausible scenario testing and associated control assurance activities.
  • Incorporate lessons learned from incidents, testing, and third-party risk activities into the resilience framework.
  • Produce executive-level reporting, work packs, and training materials.
  • Engage with 1LOD business teams and senior stakeholders to embed Operational Resilience requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
