AVP, SAP Partner Strategy & Programs
The AVP, SAP Partner Strategy & Programs is responsible for transforming the strategic partnership between Icertis and SAP into a scalable, repeatable growth engine. This role drives the overall partnership strategy, executive alignment, joint go-to-market initiatives, and operational governance required to accelerate co-sell success and market expansion. Working closely with SAP and Icertis leadership, the AVP will identify growth opportunities, define joint priorities, and ensure alignment across regions, industries, and key transformation initiatives.
This highly cross-functional leadership role connects Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Solution Advisory, Delivery, and RevOps to create a consistent partner engagement model. The successful candidate will develop compelling joint value propositions, launch repeatable demand generation programs, establish pipeline governance, and equip field teams with the tools and messaging needed to drive measurable business outcomes. The ultimate goal is to make the SAP partnership strategically aligned, commercially impactful, and operationally repeatable.
This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities, based in the UK. We work in a hybrid model, with our team coming together twice a week at our centrally located London office. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working while staying connected with colleagues, collaborating face-to-face, and being part of a vibrant UK team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
