Job: Sales Specialist - New Logo - BFSI

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist - BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), based in London with flexible work-from-home options. The Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing the sales process, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the BFSI sector. The role also involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, conducting research to identify market trends, and supporting account management initiatives.

Our client provides a range of IT Services and transformation.
Main Skills
Ideally, you will have a proven track record within the BFSI sector as a new logo specialist selling a range of IT Services, AI Transformation, SaaS, and digital transformation solutions at MM £/$ level.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management (10-15yrs) to meet or exceed targets while managing the sales lifecycle
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to upskill team members or educate clients about products or services
- Knowledge of the BFSI sector (10yrs+), with a focus on technology-driven solutions, is an advantage
- Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiating to deliver tailored client solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
