As a global leader in residential wellness and healthcare infrastructure, we create vibrant, purpose-driven communities where housing, healthcare, and hospitality converge. Our culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and endlessly ambitious—guided by our mantra: The only easy day was yesterday.

Every team member is empowered to think like an owner, innovate fearlessly, and lead from where they stand. If you're passionate about outcomes and inspired by the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare infrastructure, we want you on our best-in-class team.
JOB SUMMARY
This is a rare opportunity to join the senior leadership team responsible for one of the UK's largest healthcare real estate portfolios, comprising approximately £10B of senior's housing investments. This role is intended for an experienced Asset Management leader who thrives on creating value, rather than reporting it. The successful candidate will help lead the UK Asset Management function day-to-day, setting strategy, developing the team, and acting as the senior commercial partner to Operators and internal stakeholders.
You will be accountable for maximising long-term portfolio performance by actively shaping business plans, challenging operators, allocating capital and identifying opportunities to grow income and value. Success will be measured by financial outcomes, strategic execution and leadership impact—not the production of portfolio reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, grow and develop the UK Asset Management team, establishing clear priorities, high standards and a culture of ownership.
- Define and execute portfolio and asset-level strategies to maximise long-term value.
- Own commercial performance across the portfolio, driving occupancy, rate growth, EBITDA, NOI and valuation.
- Challenge operators on pricing, labour, quality, capital deployment and strategic direction.
- Lead executive-level relationships with operating partners and joint venture partners.
- Identify and execute value creation opportunities including redevelopment, extensions, repositioning, lease restructurings and operational initiatives.
- Recommend hold, sell, acquire and recapitalisation strategies.
- Prioritise capital allocation and present investment recommendations to executive leadership and Investment Committee.
- Support acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, integration and disposals.
- Partner with Investments, Finance, Legal, Development and Capital Markets to deliver portfolio objectives.
- Build market intelligence to anticipate risks and opportunities before they emerge.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
