AVT Implementation Consultant
We are looking for an experienced AVT Implementation Consultant to support NHS organisations with the implementation, configuration, and adoption of AI-enabled voice and ambient technology across clinical environments.
You’ll work closely with clinical, digital, and operational teams to ensure AVT solutions are implemented effectively, from initial discovery and workflow mapping through to go-live and optimisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support AVT implementations across NHS environments
- Work with clinical teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AVT adoption
- Support configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities
- Engage with senior clinical and digital stakeholders to drive adoption and overcome implementation challenges
- Monitor implementation outcomes and identify opportunities to improve usage and benefits realisation
- Produce implementation plans, documentation, and progress updates

- Previous experience delivering AVT / ambient AI implementations, ideally within the NHS
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and digital transformation
- Experience working with clinical, operational, and digital stakeholders
- Confident managing implementation activities from discovery through to go-live
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with NHS EPRs / clinical systems would be highly beneficial
