We are looking for an experienced AVT Project Manager to support an exciting NHS digital transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with experience delivering Virtual Consultation, Virtual Care, Audio-Visual Technology (AVT), or wider digital healthcare transformation projects within the NHS or healthcare sector.

As the AVT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of AVT solutions across the organisation, working closely with clinical teams, operational stakeholders, digital teams, suppliers, and senior programme leadership.

You will take ownership of project delivery from planning through to implementation, ensuring the programme remains on track, stakeholders are engaged, and solutions are successfully embedded into clinical and operational services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of AVT and digital healthcare projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers throughout implementation.
  • Support the development and delivery of implementation and rollout plans.
  • Manage project governance, reporting, and senior stakeholder updates.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and project dependencies.
  • Ensure solutions are successfully adopted and embedded into operational and clinical workflows.
  • Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships across the programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
