About Camden
Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today and we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind. Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.
How You’ll Be Involved
The Awaab’s Compliance & Operations Manager will lead the operational coordination, compliance oversight and assurance arrangements for Camden’s response to hazards that fall within the scope of Awaab’s Law. The role will sit within Awaab’s Compliance and will ensure that cases are monitored from referral and triage through investigation, make-safe activity, remedial works, resident communication and closure, with clear evidence that statutory and internal timescales have been met.
The postholder will provide a clear link between operational delivery teams and the Awaab’s Compliance function, ensuring that risks are identified early, escalations are managed effectively, and senior managers have reliable information on performance, compliance, resident risk, KPI trends and service pressures. The role will support a delivery model that may change over time and must be able to work across internal teams, TMOs, contractors and partner services to secure timely action and provide independent oversight of compliance.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require a Basic DBS.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
