Handle Recruitment is seeking an immediately available candidate with award submissions experience to join a global media brand!

This is a 6 - 12 week contract to begin ASAP, hybrid working in Central London. Pay £15ph

This role offers a fantastic chance to be part of a globally recognised awards programme, supporting the delivery and growth of initiatives that recognise excellence across industry sectors. It's a hands-on, proactive position suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple projects and exploring new ways to engage audiences.

In this role you will:

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of several awards programmes, managing submissions and deadlines.
  • Liaise with entrants, ensuring all information is complete and assisting with any questions.
  • Proactively identify and reach out to prospective entrants across different sectors.
  • Maintain accurate records of entries, contacts, and organisations, ensuring data is up to date.
  • Build strong relationships with participants to promote ongoing engagement and repeat entries.
