Overview

An exciting opportunity to come in and lead our contracted restaurants business for PepsiCo in the UK. You will set & execute the strategic vision for the restaurants channel whilst leading our commercial relationships across a selection of our key AFH partners such as Subway and Greggs. In this role you will have full ownership of the commercial agenda and shape the future of one of our priority growth channels across the UK business.

Away from Home is a large and strategically important part of the business within PepsiCo, which in turn serves a huge array of customers. The role is therefore ideal to gain experience owning a broad agenda and working across multiple cross-functional teams both internally and externally. It is also a great springboard to move into other leadership roles within the PepsiCo business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
